TOMORROW IS BOSTON FIG. THIS IS NOT A DRILL. ALERT ALERT. TOMORROW IS BOSTON FIG. REMAIN CALM AND PLEASE MAKE YOUR WAY TO THE NEAREST BOSTON.
No, seriously, we’re going to Boston Festival of Indie Games tomorrow, and I could not be more excited. If you’re anywhere close to the Northeast US, you should come out and play not only Vidar, but 50 other curated indie games, PLUS tabletop games, talks on all aspects of the video game industry, and more. Do it!
But on the off chance you live anywhere else in the world, then now’s your chance to play the same demo from the comfort of your own home. While this doesn’t come with free things like beanies, stickers, and candy, you can play it naked. And while that’s really the best way to game, I’ve been informed by the Boston FIG coordinators that it’s expressly prohibited. You can download the demo here. This is a demo build, which as I’ve discussed before is used for testing and recording completion times. It’s also subject to a ton of change. Make yourself a lobster roll, and it’ll basically be like you’re at the convention. Minus 7,000 other people.
